You must be at least 17 years old to join without a parent's signature. No one under the age of 15 will be permitted to
attend practices or games without parental/guardian supervision.
All Memberships are reviewed and approved prior to acceptance.
By signing/submitting this application and upon acceptance you agree that:

You will pay a 1 year membership fee: $15 (w/o Jersey) - $70 (jersey included) '08 season only!

Team Fee's include a player pack containing:

• Members I.D. Card - YTD only (Year To Date only)

• An authentic Team Rare Breed patch with logo.

• A current year event schedule.

Expectations:

You will promote Rare Breed Paintball Team in a positive manner.

To the best of your ability attend at least 2 games
(out of state members only to maintain active status as they are not required to attend practices)

Attend at least 1 Practice. (see schedule)
